Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Camilo Zambrano. When you engage with anything here — the newsletter, the content, the services, or the products — you're engaging with Camilo Zambrano and, where applicable, Epicurean Digital, the organization through which his work is structured and expanded.

Epicurean Digital is a holding organization built around one idea: that the practice of return — from drift, from misalignment, from incoherence — is the foundational skill beneath every other discipline. It operates across several arms: Media, Research, Marketplace, Consulting, and more to come. Working with Camilo in any capacity is, in most cases, working with Epicurean Digital.

Using this site

The content on this site — essays, frameworks, talks, research, and all written material — is the intellectual property of Camilo Zambrano and Epicurean Digital. You're welcome to share it, reference it, and learn from it. You're not welcome to reproduce it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.

This site is provided in good faith and as-is. I do my best to keep it accurate and functional, but I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available.

The newsletter

Self Disciplined is a free newsletter. Subscribing means you're agreeing to receive it, along with occasional communications about other projects within Epicurean Digital. You can unsubscribe at any time. There are no paid tiers on this site — if that changes, it will be clearly communicated.

Products and purchases

Epicurean Digital operates a marketplace that includes digital resources and physical goods through Return, the apparel store. Purchases made through these platforms are subject to the specific terms of each storefront at the time of purchase — including refund policies, shipping terms, and product descriptions. New products and platforms will be added over time across the different arms of Epicurean Digital.

Services

Coaching, consulting, advisory, and speaking engagements arranged through this site or via direct contact are governed by the specific agreement reached between you and Camilo Zambrano or Epicurean Digital at the time of engagement. These services are professional in nature and are designed to apply the Adaptable Discipline framework to your specific context — individual, team, or organizational.

As Epicurean Digital grows, new service offerings may become available across its different arms. Any new services will carry their own terms, which will be clearly presented before you commit to anything.

Intellectual property

Adaptable Discipline, Coherence Dynamics Theory (CDT), and the frameworks, models, and methodologies developed under the Epicurean Digital umbrella are the intellectual property of Camilo Zambrano and Epicurean Digital. They are made available for personal and professional use — practitioners, coaches, educators, and organizational designers are welcome to apply them in their work. What's not permitted is repackaging or commercializing them without explicit written permission.

The research operates on an open-source model: the ideas belong to everyone, the authority comes from being the origin.

Limitation of liability

The content on this site — including the newsletter, the framework, and any associated materials — is educational and informational in nature. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Applying these ideas to your life or organization is your responsibility. I stand behind the quality of the work, but I can't be held liable for outcomes that depend on choices you make.

Changes to these terms

As Epicurean Digital grows — new arms, new products, new services, new platforms — these terms will evolve to reflect that. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when they were last updated. Nothing here is designed to be a moving target; if something meaningful changes, it'll be clearly noted.
