Drift isthe default. The returnis the skill.

I write and speak about what it takes to come back to what matters after stress, conflict, or overwhelm.

"What if progress isn't about how long you stay on track but how fast you come back?"

The Philosophy

Return is the skill behind getting back on track.

The old discipline story treats drift like failure. I am more interested in a different question: when life pulls you away, do you know how to come back with less delay, less shame, and less unnecessary force?

That is what I mean by return as a meta-skill. It applies to tasks, relationships, leadership, and the systems we build around us.
